good day at coomera-jack#3

came into some money after selling my last surfboard on monday and spent up on some new gear, 10lb crystal fireline, abu reel, brag matt, some owner hooks,loaded up the reel on monday night hopeing to christen it on tuesday.went for another throw during smoko at coomera just as the tide started to turn in. got some livies and landed 2 good bream and 1 trevally., had to head back to work :(. bugger. went back again in the afternoon ,tide had started to slow but was pretty humid so got some nice little poddies and waited. only had to wait about 10min and away goes the abu drag. after a nice fight landed a good 43cm jack, he went straight for that same bloody tree that i got busted off on twice last time but this time i won. after some quick pics he was set free to grow and scare the sh#t out of the bait fish again. things slowed down for a while, saw another bloke get hammered by what may have been another jack but he lost that fight to the fish and the snags. landed a small estuarty cod just before heading home so all inall was a fun day at work ohh sorry fishing. ;) ;)

Looks like your getting a few now do you still chase the trevs or have jacks changed your mind.

hey jackextractor,still chasing the trevs but ,jacks are just to much fun ,will have the lures out again soon, my bail arm broke on my shimano so when its fixed i will be lureing at the same time.
