Went up the inside of moreton island tuesday night in the hope of christening the mates new boat and that we did.Uped my old pb from 82cm 5kg to 96cm 9.4kg.Was a beauitful night to be on the water.

without given the spot away how far inside moreton and the north or south.
great fish could only hope to catch one that big.

always good to beat a BP

Very nice fish,

For those not familiar with that top end of the bay, a fish of this calibre was caught a few years ago off the Tangalooma jetty. There's some good ground right along side that area. That's where I would try, but a fair distance to go if you can catch them around mud.

Well it is much like high jumping. Once that bar has reached the top level there is no more height that you can get out of it. What a top effort and congratulations for achieving the top level. That PB is going to take some beating. Well done.
