Defect Details: Owing to a possible combination of causes of the spot welding condition, the spot welds between the hood lock support and the hood inner panel may separate. If the vehicle is driven without awareness of the unlatched hood lock, the hood may open unexpectedly while driving.

that's minor - buy an occy strap ;D,


did you see the recall on the Landcruisers in the paper - factory damage on a steering link that could lead to premature failure & loss of steering - the original recall was in May - must be a lot of owners haven't responded


& Landrover have recalled the Series 3 - apparently some MAY develop the odd oil leak. ;)
