Is this right?

Going through the NSW govt. website I noticed that the office address for the Advisory Council on Recreational Fishing is Sydney Fish Markets. I think there has to be some conflict there. Surely the Fish Markets would be the commercial fisho's haven!! Why would the ACRF be housed there? Am I missing something?
