No big news or pics for you. We picked up 20 on Saturday with the biggest to 72 cm, so we didn't bother taking any pics. Sunday saw us pick up 4 on fizzers about 2k down from the boat ramp and then the traffic picked up so we headed off in search of some bigger ones. We did 140k and didn't get another Barra, did 20k on the Saturday. Monday we decided to fish Cooroboree Billabong but only saw hundreds of dead fish, Eileen caught 3 catfish so she was -3 for the day. Was the second day in 6 years that the guide had a Barraless day.

We spoke to a heap of people and other guides up there while out and about and they were all doing it tough. The week before there were a few around but the run off has all but finished now, has been the driest wet season they have had for years. Not one cyclone this year, all the guides are praying for a late cyclone ;D

Was a good trip otherwise though, we saw some beautiful parts of this great country of ours that I haven't seen before and the wife and I had a good break.

Maybe next year, if they have a good wet season ;D
