another illegal fishing boat caught

its good to see the fisheries boys catching up with the ileagal fishing boat recently and also good to see the assistance from the south african people.these guys just dont seem to get it do they ,they keep coming back.maybe we should be looking at other means of punishment for them when they are caught,we could always use some more artificial reefs and it would be easier on the tax payers pocket, maybe imm been to harsh?but if we are to sustain a fisherie that all our kids and grand kids can enjoy they need to get tougher on these guys.
