Just having a look at the stickers and thought maybe a small flag triangle shape to to put ontop of the cabin. Thoughts I'd buy one just to see who is out there maybe with log in name on it ?

Could also raise money to help with site.

sounds good
because some times you ask some one if they are an ausfish member and they give you a confused look so the flag is a good idea
how about we all get tattoos on our foreheads then we can tell 24/7 that we are ausfish members...... [smiley=devil.gif]
i am happy with the sticker on my boat thank you..

had another thought. instead of flags, stickers etc.
what about an ausfish sportsfishing club, you could have chapters, north, south, east, west or whatever, so everyone thats interested could be in one. then 2-3 times a year have a combined meeting. people are probably more likely to turn up for a couple of hours at night rather than having to organise a day/weekend & drag the boat & gear along,as in M & Gs, also easir for those with commitments.
you could have monthly comps between clubs, fish of the month etc & once a year one where all are involved.
probably won't work as i doubt all are not really as interested as they appear, would be the same handful doing it all ( as with most things) everyone is keen untill it comes down to actually doing something.
just a thought.
another thought, maybe could all be done on internet, each club has it's meeting in the chat room on elected days, still fish individually, but be honest, could drink heaps of beer at meetings without worrying about driving home & would not need insurance etc.?? maybe??
just read webbys bait/plastic challenge.
would be a good one to start with.
