question on ausfish weather station

hello fellas and ladies,Got a question about a few things on this and other weather stations I have seen.Can someone tell me please what "dew point" and "heat index" mean.Sorry if its really obvious.

Dew point is when the temperature drops enough for the moisture in the air to start to condense and form water droplets.
I dont know what heat index is, but I would like to know.
