I was trawling through the "General" section and I suddenly had this flash. I thought I'd put up a very good post. General knowledge stuff, one that would have attracted some information and good responses.

Do you know, bugger me, I've lost the thread as fast as I thought about it. It was a good one too. A bloody beauty. (I think. Can't remember)

Maybe I should give this stuff away. It's on the tip of my tongue, but I can't think of it. I asked Gwenda if she knew what I was going to say, but her standard response is "That's OK dear, it'll come to you".

I'll go downstairs and have another drink and a smoke and try to think of what it was that I've forgotten about. I can recall I spoke to Herm and Great White this morning about a technical issue and I spoke to Roz just after lunch.

You know, there was a member on here today whinging about being 40. Mate, just you wait until you get to my age!!!

Hi, TOL. Thought of it yet mate? Don't worry, it'll come back eventually. Had a bit of memory trouble myself mate. Couple of days ago the bride told me to do something or other then went off to work. I tied a bit of string on my finger so i wouldn't forget then spent the rest of the day lookin' for me bloody yoyo thinking the string musta broke. :-/
Knowing you it'll be well worth waiting for.
