Dubbed music on video

I notice a lot of vids have music dubbed onto 'em. According to You Tube rules this is not allowed as it is infringeement of the copyright of the musician. Am I missing something in the rules that will allow you to do this?

You would need to take that up with Youtube.

The music on my videos is composed and owned by me.
