Starting a fly fishing club?

Hi all fly fishers out there,

I am testing the waters to see if anyone would be interested in starting a fly fishing club up here. I was apart of an excellent club in Sydney called "WoolyBugger Fly Fishers" and we had meetings every month, with plenty of fish outs. We didn't make it a club as such, as it comes with all the politics, that are a pain in the you know where.

I was looking in making an extention of that "club" up here in Brissy. So if you are looking into socialising and talking shop with other fly fisho's, and learning new techniques, new locations and having weekends away from the family, then reply to this and lets see what we can come up with.
