Mustang 2250 Centre Cab

I am thinking about going for a centre cab rig and wondered if anybody has had any experience with the 2250 Mustang. Am interested to hear about hull performance and recommended HP etc.

Mustang 2250 walkaround.. New one purchased at boat show opened up like a tin can just outside southport bar 3 months ago.... I was watertesting the new 6.8 sportfish centre cab and didnt find conditions that bad.. It had a 200 Yamaha Hpdi. After seeing the boat afterwards, I would not be too keen on buying one. Price wise they are not too bad and they certainly look the part but I dont think strength and performance wise they are much chop. I would suggest plate alloy but if you want glass why not look at the Haines Hunter 680 patriot. I watertested a 800 patriot with twin 130 hondas and it was flamin awesome. Cruised at 27mph with one engine up!.. Thats my 2 cents anyway
