Hi Macca, I was at Elegant boats last week and he was using a Horizontal, Berkley ( I think) rod rack in his lockers. They are fairly deep about 3 inches I would say, that would be good for spinning and overhead reels. You could screw them on or use good quality double sided tape to mount them.

Sorry Macca, further to the above, you could put them down each side and attache them to the lid of the locker, that would give 12 rods, which I hope would be enough ;D.
