Anchor winch for smallish boat

Does anyone know of any reasonably priced anchor winches to suit smaller boats? I'm currently suffering some arthritis which sometimes(most of the time) prevents me from pulling the anchor, so I'm looking at fitting winch to enable me to go boating without any assistance :)
My boat is a 4.55 TABS.

Leisure Marine at Capalaba in Brisbane have been advertising one called a Breeze priced at $399.
