I have had my new boat about 4 mths now and the boat has just never loaded as well as i thought that it should have. so i rang dunbier spoke to shane, he would have to offer the best service that I have ever had in 5 boats. he told me what to check how to adjust the rollers and decided that the single rollers where not the best option on the keel so he sent up double rollers complete and a spare front roler postage and roller setup all free of charge put them on and you would not think it was the same trailier

Shane is a TOP bloke. spoke with him before deciding on a wide track 6.2m trailer. Very happy with the trailer, EXCEPT "me" rig wants to self launch all the time, gotta keep the rig well tied up otherwise the touch of a finger and the rig is purring in the water waiting for me!!!!!
Cheers

Had dealings with Shane and Dunbier myself last year and I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and product knowledge/quality of Shane and the whole Dunbier team. It is a crying shame that there are not more people and companies around like that these days; most just take your money then basically dump you. It's quite a pleasant change to see that good old fashioned values still exist. That's the main reason why a lot of other companies (and this goes for all areas of retail) will pack up their flea circus and disappear off onto the sunset never to be seen again (not altogether a bad thing), whilst companies like Dunbier will continue to thrive and grow and will be here for many years to come.

Cheers,
NICK.

It would be a good idea to write to Dunbier and mention Shane and the excellent service you got from him and the company. Also mention that you gave a good report of your treatment on this site. Nothing like a bit of praise and a thankyou from a satisfied customer to encourage the continuance of such good customer relations.

Yep same here, i rang Shane about my trailer when towing, I was lucky i live close to the factory.

He just said drop it off if the Dealer could not fit it in and they fixed it no problems and no charge.

Great service and great trailer.

Vendors like this will continue to get support from the communities when they offer this type of service. I hate nothing more than businesses that come crawling in when things are getting tough, but couldn't offer a service previoulsy. I have just had trouble with one vendor who wouldn't supply fuel for us at the time specified. I have now gone to another supplier. Sounds small, but we're talking 6000lt of fuel per day for 8 weeks. Lots of patronage in anyone's language. Was interesting to talk to their staff on the phone to have nothing but hostility.
