Boat Rating Capacity

On the compliance plate the rating for a 445f haines is to 55hp.
Now the motor is a 1980 55 hp evinrude and is under powered.
If you go to a later model and more hp you will viod your insurance cover .
Anyway around this.

I wonder what would happen if ya loose the compliance plate then ring haines for a new one and just happen to get the year model wrong..er like 1990 ;)

COULD GET ONE OF THE NEW HAINES FORMULA CENTRE CONSOLE 445'S PLATE 2005 MODEL, DONT KNOW WHAT THERE RATED AT. BUT THERE THE SAME HULL
