Flushing the Outboard with MACS

Guys,

Just wondering if any of you know much about or use the MACS anti corrosion system when flushing out your outboards? It's the one where you add the solution to a little bottle on your muffs and it sucks the formula through when flushing it out?

Any info on whether it is worth buying would be good.

If it is only a short time between trips, I probably wouldn't bother but if you go like six months without submersion then maybe it is a good idea.

If my motor was not going to be used for a while then I would just flush the motor at regular intervals. I do not use any after market flushing, just fresh water.
