Stick steering for boats up to 45HP

Came across this item in search for small inexpensive boat steering system has anyone has one?? whats it like? Anyone with a steering system for sale? must be complete but condition irrelevant....

Isn't that a normal push, pull steering with a one spoke steering wheel no rim?? :D

Yes simple and mechanical but i have not seen one before I need one
or 2--- Can you better describe the one with one spoke and no rim. I can't quite vissualise it

imagine a normal 3 spoke seering wheel.
take away 2 spokes and then take away the rim and your left with 1 spoke ie lever
