yOU NEED TO RESIZE YOUR PICS,
THERE IS A RESIZING TOOL IN THE HELP SECTION, DOWNLOAD THAT TO YOUR DESKTOP OR SOMETHING AND THEN RIGHT CLICK ON ANY OF YOUR PHOTOS AND SELECT RESIZE TO MAKE IMAGE SMALLER.
