Jack from very upper Noosa river and a winter fish at that. June 2001. Caught him on a Reidy's Little Lucifer while prospecting likely bass hideouts. No bass but a nice bonus.

All that submerged iron work in Kin Kin is a good starting point - but not for this one. It's a secret. ssshhhhh!
He / she went back after the pic to terrorise the locals.
All the best

Check his eyeball out. He / her was watching my every movement. I kept him / her in the livewell until I was ready for the photo.
Guy at the ramp couldn't believe his eyes when I put it backin the drink. Eyes bulged and jaw hit the ground. That sight alone was nearly as good as catching the fish. http://www.ausfish.com.au/chat/images/smilies/cwm2.gif
