74cm Barra

Was out to hardies billabong and the misses was jigging watching a small barra chase the lure,when next minute...Bang, her line was off, took a while to get in as it snagged itself around the pandanus trees,but after a bit of manouvering we got it in the boat, the barra was nice and silver for freshwater... and the only fish for the day... i missed out again!!!!!!!

You'll get one next time! That's a nice fish! You're wife likes to fish? You are a truly blessed man! Looks like you had good weather too which is always a plus.

Yeah el-carpo, mate my wife is just as keen if not keener than i am, if the fish arent biting i could just head back to the ramp, where as she will persist and usually it pays off!!!!! weather up here is always perfect,apart from a few storms during the wet season.... which is good as you can always plan ahead a few weeks or months at a time....
