Didnt have much luck with the barra at awoonga but managed a good feed of redclaw. The biggest went 275g.

Had a great time, alot of area to cover.

Hi Dev...On our last trip to Sinclair Bay i ducked over to Faust's and loaded up on redclaw.....My oldman soaked them in seawater and it went brown almost instantly with the crap that came out of them....He then cooked them in the saltwater that the muddies had just been cooked in....I'm not one for freshwater fish or crays but these were bloody beautiful when prepared that way....Ross

Split them down the middle, then place flesh down first in garlic butter on the barbe.
