Lake Guntersville Largemouth Bass

This is what we all fish for! 10lbs-2oz.(4.6 kilos.) Caught by a man fishing with one of the local guides on July 13th. Maybe one of these days I'll luck up and get one!

Stumpy, Nice fish, no wonder they are called largemouth ;D makes our barra's mouth (one nickname is bucketmouth) look tiny in comparrison. Goodluck with your quest to get the big one.

The record for Largemouth is 22lbs-2oz.. The one in the pic. is 25lbs. but was not certified as the new record. Around here in Alabama a really big fish will weigh 14 to 15 lbs..
