Hey Everyone

Went for a lazy fish up at Moogerah with the tin lids on Sunday AM.

Arrived about 7am to find about 20-30 boats on teh water.

Went to the rocks out from the ski huts on the far side and flicked a few softies and rattlers around till about 9am.

Then got lazy and trolled the Kokoda "Jackall" copies around and scored some nice bass.

Just sticking to the middle of the creek heading towards the gorge and to dam wall.

Caught the last bass about 12.30 pm heading back to teh boat ramp, all up we got about a dozen bass biggest was 43cm to the tail.

Most were between 37 and 42 cm.

Great day, kids thought it was great and some nice healthy fish and a nice way to spend a lazy sunday morning

Cheers

Good stuff. It is fishing really well up there at the moment. I was also there on Sunday, but in the afternoon, and ended up with about 8-10. I did notice that the water temp had dropped 2 degrees since that cold snap. Should be back up again now though. Like you I had most success with bibless rattlers.

so they are whitish ones in there too,
funny how the colour is so different between impoundments on yellas
