i have tried a few methods of preserving.anyone with something really good?regards splinter

I have this great method that saves throwing out old bait, only take enough for your immediate needs and leave the rest at the beach for another day.

mate i'm with mackmauler on this one but you could try putting them in very warm salty water bout 1 litre with a few teaspoons of metho or kerro leavem for a bit then dry em and put in the freezer.

I used to preserve my left over ones in metho and a fews drops of aniseed oil. Dunno if it was any better or not, but they smelt nice when I took them out.
