Chemmy - Lots of good spots out the front of Bribie (Eastern Side). Try any of the channel markers NW12 etc as they should be holding macks and keep an eye out for birds working the surface.
Should also see some mack tuna schools at the bottom of Bribie near Gilligans Island soon if you dont want to venture out too far. By Feb/Mar should see a lot of schools down the eastern side of Bribie in fairly close which will see the fly boys start firing up.

i have heard that they have been getting a few sqire arounfd the bridge on the top and bottom of the tide ..not alot of size but if its blowing its great fun on light gear..i know the netters got a few kg's before new years

I hope the netters didn't get any in the Passage as this practice is illegal in the area.

i think it was out the front bomber i only heard about from a guy that lives up there he was saying they were only size fish
