Caught My First Kingie

Hi All,

Caught my first Kingie on Saturday off Shellharbour N.S.W. Got hold of him almost on the bottom underneath a heap of mackrel. Only was 45cm though so back he went to live another day (was cursing I didn't have the camera). Oh well there is always tomorrow!!!

My biggest kingie is 50cm. 10cm too small but i have caught a heap of them and they are great fun.

wait till you nail a big one i hooked a 21kg black king and it took me about an hour to land he had a whole sand crab in his belly ....he really straighten my arms out
