Chaps,

Have managed to wrangle a 4wd from work and looking to take the missus for a week over to Moreton for some surf fishing in winter!

I was wondering what accom. options there are at Moreton if you don't camp, and don't want to stay at Tangalooma?
We'd only need a small fishing hut or the like....?

If u were to camp, can u camp anywhere on the eastern beach? How soft are the inland tracks?

Thanks

looking to stay can stay at bulwer they have fully self contained units takes up to 6 people weekly rate about $500 to $600 a week thats of peak ring this number they help you 32036399
The sand is a bit more powdery than fraser island more so if has rain for a while + lot of traffic on the tracks tyre pressure about 18 to 20 psi ( i had tyres down to 8 pis to get myself out of the bog but watch your tyres on the rims no sudden steering, pump your tyres straight away)
can camp at Eagars Creek on surf side have drinking water tap / shower facility's their
need camping and permits from national parks
I hope this is some help to chiefsimo

Try contacting the store at Bulwer. They rent a cheap self contained place which was great value last time I was there.
