Fishing trip to Evans Head

Hi fellow ausfishers
I am going down to evans head for a week with the family for the first time.Can anyone help me out with some startingmarks for outside fishing.Also does anyone know of any maps that show reefs etc of the evans head area as i have searched the net with little result.please help

Go to the bait shop and ask Neil .
take pen & paper , there is a list of marks
on local reef ;)

aptly named snapper hd bout 3 kms to the south cant miss,find the bait reef about 1 km off the point and throw out the floaters ;)

iam going to ballina for a week . was going to fish the richmond. anyone got some good oil. i was wondering how far upstream you can go.
