Has anyone latley seen the Point Lookout wave rider buoy. I was out there today and it's gone. Last position that I have is S27°29.3200 E153°37.4400. I have been told that it's on its way to NZ.

News:
The Brisbane Waverider has broken its moorings and is now drifting. Reliable data will be unavailable until the buoy is recovered and returned to its moored position. Quote

Oh ok, sorry about that. The GPS location is meant to be updated with the wave height info. I guess it could be out of range :-?

Happened before this and not that long ago ;D Just follow the EAC - pretty sure it ended up on the mid NSW coast last time washed up on a beach from a current eddie.
