me and couple of mates thought wed jump on a deep sea charter yesterday and it went terribly...we were out on the 24 fathom reefs and there just didnt seem to be anything chewin'...is it something about summer that makes bottom bashing worse or has it got something to do with the northerlys that have been hitting the SE QLD coast lately

I was on 24s the day before, nothing out there. The Nth winds have blown in some dirty green water. Check the reports here, and pick your days. the charter boats will take your money any day.
