hi all hope you all had as good as a day as we did , went out early to Woody point from the deep water boat ramp conditions could only be better with a beer . we spent our time drifting around the front of the cliff at woody point heaps of small squire a couple of steve irwins( string ray's ) shovel nose and a assortment of tiny whiting not worth the mention , at the top of the tide went back just inside the old bridge and got stuck into a school of diver whiting . in all one of the best days in quite a while hope you all had the same

Didn't have as good a day as you drags, got to get my act together and get the boat wet. Pleased to hear your report and good to hear you enjoyed yourself.
Do you usually catch squire off the cliff at Woody and if so, how deep do you fish there?

we were about 500 out from the shore and in about 8 mt of water we used the sounder to cruise around till we found a bit of a rough spot and we got hit right from the time the baits hit the water
