For all Matrix users in Australia.

There is now available a software upgrade that gives vastly improves the screen clarity. I had a look today at the difference & it is pretty damn good!

I believe upgrading your current unit should be a fairly simple matter once dealers are set-up to do it.

I would advise contacting your nearest Matrix dealer for details on how to get your units software upgraded. Should cost nothing.
All current models on sale now should have the upgrade already done. Ask before you purchase just to be sure.

Upgraded mine over the web about a month back. You also get some new screen abilities. Twin view on the two sonar strengths, and other new views too
