CMAP PC Planner

Has anyone used the CMAP PC planner? If so is it worth it and what functions does it have. I have recently purchased as FURUNO GP7000F which takes the new SD card. My PC has an SD card reader.

Does the program bring up the chart on the PC and can you edit waypoints and routes?

hi lob I won one of them a couple of years . had a bit of trouble trying to get it working on my computor(probably my fault) as I have navi. I didn't worry to much its in the shed i think. If u want one let me know and i'll try and find it.

cant beat it for use at home on the computer ,
can do everything on it change waypoints add them routes and travel logs
i have one at work at springwood marine if you want to see one and how it works call in and see me happy to show you
well worth the money

p.s bear you are right does not work with navionics but certin of c-map sd cards for furuno

Had mine for years.

Very handy.

Better than sitting in the boat entering waypoints and routes.

Easy to plan trips on Pc or laptop

Maybe you should throw away the planner and you'll get more boat time.
