27 10 0.126

153 20 0.555

To convert you do the following:

27 10 07.58 -> Take the 07.50 and devide by 60

153 20 33.32 -> Take the 33.32 and devide by 60

ShaneJ is spot on about the conversion... divide by 60.

However, I wouldn't trust the Google Earth coordinates. I dont know what the "Plus" version is like, but the standard one can be out by 50 metres!
I tried a few marks, and found the Latitude to be perfect, but the Longitude was out.
Try putting marks from your GPS INTO Google Earth and you will see what I mean. If you plot a track down a river say, and then transfer your waypoints into Google Earth, you might find that you are running on dry land in some places! I wouldn't like to navigate the Pumicestone Passage from Google!!!

Google Earth is a fantastic facility though, to get a general view, I use it constantly. Remember that it was never intended to be a navigation tool.

I have to say I've found Google Earth to be reasonably accurate... However I would never (and nor should anyone) navigate by it.

Where it comes in most handy is finding something that looks interesting, put a mark in for it, then go and sound around that mark til you find it. Then you put the proper mark in, and all is sweet. I've done this before, and I hardly had to search at all. Was almost right on top of it.
