feedback on MARINE DIRECT ?

I'm just curious as to anyone from here has dealt with this firm, and what were their service like, as I have sent them an email regarding products and have yet got an reply after 5 days, I'm abit reluctant to deal with them on this point.

Awesome supplier. Owner went out of his way to helps us. Item wasn't suitable (my fault) returned money no issues.

I would recommend. It is owned by a single guy, maybe he is on holidays or something. Give him a call.
