how good is matthew schryver and furuno

being a pensioner and in need to fix it myself having a furuno sounder and the 50 not working i contacted taylor marine who were recomended by other ausfishers sent email reply from matthew schryver email after email to sort it which i have the picture i got is if you have a furuno product nothing is to much trouble what a change from rampant marine where i bought my colour from once they had your money thats it from now on i dont care if furuno is the cheapest or best the taylor marine after sales service is tops

have e-mailed taylor marine a number of times and have had same response but from david maitland great service. 8-)
