moolooaba river

Thinking of fishing the moolooaba river next weekend with my new leccy and am considering having a go at night fishing. does any ony know of any good spots?
and does night fishing with lures produce many fish there?

G'day Dillon, go fish around the weir.. ill be fishing on the river one day during the weekend and night fishing with plastics, they work excellent at night and have produced some good fish for me!

I will Try the weir, will either fish late saterday or most of sunday.
I would invite people out but my boat is still a little too dodgy to accomodate other anglers, maby in a few weeks.

As for the plastics I have some 3' mullet shads 2' red shads and 1.5' grubs in brown, yellow and green will these do or what should I get?
