Can you fish in Bathurst???

Going to bathurst soon for a soccer comp and need something to do in my spare time. I think most people on this forum are from queensland but does anyone Know of any lakes etc. (as long as they are not frozen) ;D any info would be great.

If you got the time and wheels slip out to Oberon dam a few trout out there....

Dano, Ben Chifly Dam just out side Bathurst. Right beside the field where you will most likly have your soccer comp is a river. I don't know how much water is in there these days but there are a few trout in there.
