There was a report earlier in the week from last weekend Troy...reckoned is was running at 1.5 kts and it took 2x12 oz snapper leads to get the bait down. I'm taking a few larger snapper leads just in case, but intend to float line anyway

LMFAO Well whay can I say - I dont bottom bash in the summer time so I am looking for the current lines. IMO the snaps and pearlies should be given some respite during this period when there are better things to be chasing as they already get a pizzlin in winter but I suppose some dont know any other way to fish or how to target them ::)
Better spots out there to look at than on the bank itself for bottom vermin ;) ;D
Cheers
Greg
