on many occassion on here i read about the reef behind green. where exactly is this. i am trying some new spots. just sick of the pin. tried woody point last week for my first 36cm squire. real thrill, so where would i go to green reef. i also read a lot about wello reef. maybe could get bit info on that as well.

seahorse,im a bit of a novice,BUT have been behind green i.e east of,have the tv towers at Mt Cootha as the backdrop of green Is.use your sounder approx.need to be 500+metres off green.You need to motor around a bit you can't miss it- depth 2m-6m+ it's quite long,hope this helps.If not go there and where you see boats they will be on it.Haven't been to the Wello reef im told it's southish of A.S.Huybers beacon.Only what iv'e been told cheers Dinky
