Will be joining a few of my mates for their annual jaunt to the 1770 from the 24 th of june till 1st of July and i'm EXCITED!!!!! :D
Just have to control the urge to take to much gear, 14 differant rods and reels should see me out. :-/ :-/ :-[

Hussy ???? when was the last time you were up here ?
I've been here since the start of this year, and really haven't had trouble. Sure if you hang around the mangroves in the National Parks on sunset, you will cop a floggin, but other than that, no probs.
OK, maybe some down at the camp ground ::)

Just thought I would brag on behalf of a mate who landed a little Marlin off the rocks today near 1770. We were spinning at our favorite ledge and it hit, laid on its side for us to properly i.d. it then went ballistic. 20 minutes later we landed a beautiful juvinile marlin. We are guessing it was a black, but it had a few strips down its flanks. Any how it was aonther unique capture from 1770.

Good to see, If anyone deserves to get one it would have to be Dennis!!
He has put in so many hours down there, wish I had been there to see it landed.

Yep just a little bit concerned that 14 wont be enough. :D I'll be up there with Rob K and team i'm finally joining them for their annual trip.
