What sort of boat do u need to get out to Wellington Point Reef? Does it ever get rough out there or can u get out there in a small tinny?
Cheers

http://www.ausfish.com.au/chat/images/smilies/cwm11.gifHi Rob...To answer your question yes you can reach this area without a problem if you choose the right weather conditions.....early morning is the go...10 to 15 knot forecast is probably the best for out there....its about 2 kilometres.
Now that winter is nearly apon us we should be in for some cool mornings and calm weather conditions.
I see quite a few 12 foot tinnie's around this area at times.
Mate get out there and catch a few of those squire on offer.
This reef is home to so many variety of fish species..you never know what is coming up next...good luck.
