Hi all,
Thought I would have a go at posting a pic. If it works here are a couple of big snapper I caught off Wallaroo in SA a few weeks ago.

Hi Drawn
Wow! Quality fish in anyone's language. I make a Queensland-top half of NSW publication called Bush N Beach Fishing.
Because of the quality of the fish, I was wondering if you'd allow me to publish a pic of your snapper in BNB Fishing? Ron Collins.

Hi Johnsfishing,
They are great to eat. When ever I catch snapper over 15lbs I freeze them whole and take them when solid to a butcher who cuts them up into 20mm thick cutlets. I just coat them in flour and cook them with butter and lemon juice on the barby.
