Here is my best drummer to date. The fish weighed 4.6kgs on 4kg line. He took a peeled royal red prawn.

This is a 9kg Blue groper taken on crab bait and 6kg line at the Eve's Jervis Bay.

You're not supposed to post all you're best photos at once. You gotta try and post them 2 weeks apart saying "this was last weekends catch and so on" ;D ;D :D ;)

No mate it's not.It is a speedmaster high speed spin reel. I dont like using baitrunner's for jewies. I fish with a set drag and set the hook as soon as the fish touches the bait. This method gives me a 90% hook up rate as to 50% with the bait runner. Here is a recent jewie from my local river.

A 1.4kg frigate mackeral on 1kg line. Doesnt look like much but it took me 20 mins to land this mighty mackeral! It actually droped dead about 30 meters from the shore!! ???
