;D ;D ;D Took the wife out to look at the whales and then went out to the 24's for a quite fish. I was very pleased to hook this beauty. This isn't hitting the plate, its going on the wall. ::) This wife is hoping this is my biggest as the bank account won't allow any more for the wall. :'( :'( :'(

Hi all, caught this beauty last Sunday13/8 ;D ;D out at the 24's. My mate who weighed it told the wife :-* the size and apparently she got it wrong, it was 38.14kg not the other way around :-/, oh well just looking at it is enough for me.....Yes it did look like a shark we took a photo of it while still in the water just incase it got away, didn't want it to be just another fish story about the one that got away, and the wife said ita a shark cut it off :o :o, thank god I knew better.
are you going to put a picture in once its on the wall ??
great catch must have been quite a fight :)
just in case i ever catch one are they good eating
although i think i would take a brag shot and then release it :) its too amazing to fillet for me and i wouldnt allow kel to put it on the wall ;)
