Cant Get Into Live Chat Please Help!!!

I cant get in to live chat when i try to log in it just comes up with some stupid banner and then terms use and yeah i cant figure it out

Means you either have Java dissabled or not loaded.

click tools, internet options, advanced
have a look in the list for Java, if you can't find it, then its not installed. If it is there, then my bet is that its dissabled.
