Posting pics problem

Some time back , I promised to post some trailer pics, of my roller set up. The size of the files are to large. How do you fix that problem.?

Alternatively, use paint, image-skew/stretch and make it 30% both ways. This usually gets it under the required 100 kb. Don't crop your pics this way. If still not under 100 just skew a little more.
