I have slightly changed my biography, now my biography doesn't appear at all. What have I done wrong.

Thanks for pointing this out.

Biography add on didn't quite cross over with the upgrade. Should be working now. Anyone who finds their biography isn't showing will need to go into their profile and click on the "Change Profile" button to update the biography in their member file.
