Missing navigation drop downs

wat happened to the boxes i use to navigate the site??I.m from the ol school and dont handle change easily..have pity on me please!!!

They are there now on the left.

It looks like most people preferred the navigation the old way as it stayed there and did not scroll off the screen.

I have put it back there now.
